What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm MST

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.  Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before it ships.  All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

What is your return/refund policy?
All sales are final.  We do not do returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?
If your item(s) has not been shipped you can cancel your order.  Please contact our customer service team at candycosmeticsyyc@gmail.com with your order number.

How do I track my order?
Once an order is shipped, customers are automatically emailed a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number.  Please make sure that the correct address and email are entered at the time of purchase.  Candy Cosmetics YYC is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect information inputted at the time of purchase.
